How to read a study
Every study page opens with four answers, then the full report.
What we tested
The question, in a sentence or two, taken from the sealed design.
What we expected
What the design said should happen, written before the study ran.
What happened
The result, including where it contradicts the expectation.
What it forces us to change
What the result changes in the design. If it changes nothing, the study says so.
After the four answers: the sealed design, the results with a source for every figure, the post-mortem, the audit rounds, and how to reproduce it.
Why failures are here
A study that fails shows what the design had to survive. It gets the same layout, the same four answers and the same place in the ledger as a study that works. Why we publish the failures →
The audit trail
Appears with the first study. Every round, every objection, every response. Linked from each study and kept in the repo.
